KANSAS DEMOCRATIC LEADERS PARTICIPATE IN TOWN HALLS

The Kansas Democratic Party will host a virtual town hall on Wednesday March 19, 2025, at 7pm, featuring Rep. Sharice Davids of Kansas’ 3rd Congressional District, in an effort to reach Kansans across the state.

The upcoming town hall follows a very successful online town hall event held on Wednesday March 12th, featuring Democratic Senate Leader Dinah Sykes and House Leader Brandon Woodard. They addressed questions impacting the current legislative session like taxes and school funding and reinforced to attendees that Democrats are focused on providing solutions for all Kansas families during these challenging times.

“The Kansas Democratic Party and our leaders are not afraid to listen to Kansans and to do our best to address their concerns, unlike Senator Roger Marshall, who showed tremendous disdain to the people of Kansas by running from constituents on March 1st, at the town hall he hosted in Oakley,” said Kansas Democratic Party Chair Jeanna Repass.
